For the love of dance… ‘I have been studying dance for 20+ years. Belly dance, Egyptian, Moroccan, Tribal Fusion, Hula, Tahitian, Russian Gypsy, West African & Burlesque. I’ve taken my love of each dance style and made it my own.
There are so many benefits to dancing. It has been proven time and time again to increase your overall well-being, safely decreases belly fat, strengthen your core, gently massages your spine and improve your general health and emotional state. Dancing on a regular basis relieves stress and tension, improves self-esteem, boosts confidence and gives back the femininity that the daily world tries so hard to take away from us women. It’s so empowering!
Dance keeps me energetic and fun. Dancing in a classroom type setting is a wonderful way to fellowship and maintain stable human interaction which sadly seems nearly nonexistent in today’s world. I’ve even gotten my mother involved which is more than exciting for me. Her chiropractor even recommended bellydance classes to her to help with her healing process and as a part of her physical therapy treatment. I have student-friends that had considered trying waist trainers but after just a few hours a month of belly dancing and weighing in the risks associated with waist trainers dancing for fitness is the new trainer!
The naughty side of dance… Many of today’s popular dances are a bit over the top for most ladies’ tastes. I personally enjoy all forms of entertainment. My dance style and technique is fusion of many styles through and through. My most frequently practiced are classical Egyptian belly dance and burlesque. There are so many benefits to each. From improving your posture, gaining greater flexibility, becoming a more sensual, poised, graceful and attractive powerful woman and increasing your behind the bedroom door enjoyment are just a few. So let your inner Diva, Princess, Queen, Fae, Siren or Goddess out for good!’

Let’s enjoy some fun waist trimming, thigh slimming, spine massaging dance drills and belly-rific combos! Group and private bellydance classes are available by appointment in-studio for your convenience.
I have been studying and dancing since early childhood, hula and ballet at that time. My journey into Orientale, classic bellydance and bellydance fusion began around 1994-1996. I have studied dances such as Tahitian, Hula, Russian Gypsy, traditional Egyptian Bellydance, traditional Indian dance, Persian, West African, conscience movement, lyrical dance, Bollywood and burlesque. It’s time for me to give back and share the knowledge that I have been fortunate enough to collect over the past few decades. Here I am.
Bellydance is a wonderful way to become more acquainted with your natural ability to perform slow snake-like and sensual undulating movements, improve your posture, enhance and accentuate your natural grace and strengthen your core, abs and lower back muscles.

Wear anything comfortable that allows you to move fluidly like you would wear to yoga class or a gym as a base if you haven’t started a costume collection yet. Feel free to dress up, doll up, wear harem pants, dance skirt, full gown or go completely Bohemian with your wardrobe. Whatever excites and inspires you and reminds you of how glamorous and beautiful you truly are! Bring a bottle of water and a granola bar or piece of fruit if you like – to give you some extra fuel. Join me as we share the love of dance, creativity and Sisterhood.
Dancing will help you achieve and keep many of your personal goals and improve flexibility, memory and balance as well. Are your goals to become stronger, sexier, more confident, healthier or more shapely with a more powerful core? Then it’s time to get shimmying and swirling. You need no prior experience as this is a very beginner friendly course. Just an open mind and a love of fun no matter what your level of coordination is. This is a Woman’s dance.
Here you can feel free to express yourself and dance to the beat of your own drum with no one telling you what’s right or wrong (other than swinging from the chandelier etc. for safety reasons. (j/k) You can feel free to take the dance and make it your own. We will do some foundation work, bare basic movements and lively choreography as well. No judgment just pure joy. Let’s dance for health, happiness and fitness!
